Want something unique?

Our Super Booth video booth let's your guests have fun while sending you personal messages that you can hear and see. Our booth comes with an attendant, an HD DSLR camera, hand held microphone, LED lights, a backdrop, post production editing and most of all interactive fun for your guests and you!  We can add props and create a photo booth or make a slow motion booth with it.  It's a Super Booth that does it all!
Introductory Pricing starts at $500 in addition to your video package or $750 as a stand alone rental!  Don't miss these prices because they will not last!

Shooting:  Who will be filming and editing my wedding? We will! Our creative team does everything from start to finish. Many companies subcontract their shooting or editing, but we think it's crucial to be there, experiencing the story that we ourselves later edit.  

What comes next? Once you've determined we're a good fit, we will customize and mail you a contract, with all the details. You return the initialed and signed contract along with a 50% non-refundable deposit, which reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Payment with credit card will incur a service fee.

Music: We request that you share 8-10 song suggestions that we can use for your feature video. In addition, provide us with and note which songs your use for your special dances, processional/recessional and grand entrance, etc. If no music is provided we will choose appropriate songs to edit with.

Hours Contracted: The time you have contracted us for begins at the agreed upon time per your contract.  We always arrive between 45 minutes to 1 hour early for set up and to check in with you, your event coordinator and your other vendors. We begin shooting as soon as we get set up and have a lay of the land, which is usually much earlier than our scheduled time. Travel time between venues and meal breaks are included in the contracted time. Please be advised: While we work with you and your coordinator closely to make sure we capture everything you want, we understand things happen! If your event is running behind and you'd like us to stay past our agreed time, we are happy to oblige but our hourly rates apply.

Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to decline videography and photography outdoors. The client is responsible for providing alternate locations for any video or photography services.

Meals: We work best with food in our bodies so please plan to feed us a hot meal.  Vendor meals are standard in the industry and we will include this item in your contract for us and our assistant.

Edit Time: On average each wedding we film takes 100+ hours to create. You'll receive a preview of your video within 8 months of your wedding date. 2 weeks after we've delivered your preview, we will finalize and ship your DVDs.

Raw Footage: We do not provide raw footage of your event. This is because every usable moment is included in your video.

How about travel? Yes! Tell us when & where and we'll be there!!

Our name: Why 'Riviera Productions'? We wanted to capture the essence of this beautiful place we call home. We were inspired by Santa Barbara's reputation as the "american riviera" - balmy nights, sunny days and beautiful views everywhere your turn.

Might we suggest? We strongly recommend you ask your guests to turn off their phones and tablets to be present during your ceremony. This allows us to document your event without devices blocking our cameras and lets your guests enjoy the most important thing: YOU!
